PRIVATE SESSIONS: Private instruction can be therapeutic for chronic health issues, can offer support and insight for a home practice, and is favored by some students as their preferred way to study. Payment is still requested when a scheduled appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance. |

LEVEL I CLASSES: (1½ hour classes) Students are encouraged to make a commitment for the entire session. Please contact instructor Tyla Nattress or call The Yoga Lodge at 360-678-2120 to register. A $25 deposit is requested to hold your space. |
